Scarlett turned TWO and we celebrated with a puppies & pigtails party!! The girl loves her some puppies and pigs so what better way to celebrate her birthday! Her 2 year old pictures were of course taken with her own two puppies – Otto & Odie! Some party pictures along with pictures of her AMAZING cake, cookies, & banner are below!! I did NOT want to cut that cake!!!
